“This is pure. Saline. Inky. Lightweight, yet with gravitas. Detailed, with finesse. It carries on long after the wine has left the mouth. This wine is totally different from everything on the bench beside it. You can really taste the fruit, it isn’t sullied by anything. It is crystalline, but shapely – quite a marvel. In Margaret River, there are some producers you can look to for a different perspective, that will show you a ‘new way’.
