Refund Policy

We want you to love what’s in the bottle. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll sort it out.

  1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
    Our wines come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the issue rectified within a reasonable time, or to a refund if we are unable to do so. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where there is any inconsistency, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.   1. change of mind
    We don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
  1. Products damaged in transit
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll ask you to hold onto the product and packaging so we can assess the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.
  1. Faulty or incorrect products
    If your wine has a fault or you’ve received the wrong product, please get in touch and we’ll make it right. We aim to respond to all requests within 7 days of hearing from you.
  1. Shipping costs for returns
    If a product fails to meet a Consumer Guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and any replacement delivery. Where a product is easy to return, we ask that you organise the return and we’ll reimburse reasonable shipping costs once eligibility is confirmed. Where a product is difficult to return, we’ll arrange collection at our cost. If a returned product is assessed as ineligible for a refund or replacement, you may be required to cover any inspection or shipping costs incurred.
