- About La Kooki Wines
This website is operated by La Kooki Wines (ABN 71 947 141 039), based in Margaret River, Western Australia. We sell wine directly to customers in Australia only. We do not ship internationally.We hold a Wholesaler Liquor Licence (616210436517) under the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA). By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. It is an offence under the Liquor Control Act 1988 to sell or supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18.
- Placing an order
When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Please keep this confirmation as proof of purchase.Prices listed on the website are in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before fulfilling an order. Payment is processed through our payment gateway provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by their applicable terms and conditions.

Our wines come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the issue rectified within a reasonable time, or toa refund if we cannot do so. - Refunds and returns
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. For faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where a return is eligible under the Australian Consumer Law, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product, or the resupply of that product, at our discretion.We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, unless that loss results from our failure to meet a Consumer Guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Mediation will be held in Perth, Western Australia. All mediation communications are confidential. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within 5 days of commencement, either party may seek resolution through the courts of Western Australia.

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
- Severance
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force.
