La Kooki 2024 Rosé Blonde
Hand-picked Wilyabrup pinot noir from Thompson Estate, a Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certified vineyard. The fruit was whole-bunch pressed to barrel and wild fermented with solids in seasoned barriques. Topped with chardonnay lees and stirred for four months to build texture. Bottled in August 2024. Committed to sustainability we use lightweight bottles – reducing our carbon footprint. It’s what’s inside the bottle that matters. Grown and made on Wadandi Boodja.
