La Kooki 2023 Rosé Blonde
Hand-picked Wilyabrup pinot noir from Thompson Estate, a Sustainable Winegrowing Australia certified vineyard, has been blended with Geographe tempranillo to create this deliscious, crunchy Rosé. All the fruit was whole-bunch pressed to barrel and wild fermented with solids. To prevent malolactic fermentation SO2 was added post-ferment and creamy chardonnay lees was used to top-out barrels. The lees were stirred every 3-4 weeks until July. Bottled in August 2023. Committed to sustainability we use lightweight bottles – reducing our carbon footprint. It's what's inside the bottle that matters. Grown and made on Wadandi and Pinjarup Boodja.
