SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. Here’s everything you need to know about getting your wine from Margaret River to your door.

  1. Processing your Order
    Once payment is confirmed, we’ll have your order ready to ship touch if anything comes up that causes a delay.
  1. Where we ship
    We ship anywhere in Australia – domestic only. We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses, including P.O. boxes. We don’t ship internationally at this time.
  1. Shipping rates
    Orders over $200 ship free. Orders under $200 attract a flat $20 shipping fee, Australia wide.
  1. DELIVERY TIMES
    We use Australia Post standard shipping for all domestic orders. Orders generally arrive within 7 – 10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays. Regional locations can take up to 14 days.
  1. TRACKING
    Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.
  1. DAMAGED GOODS
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away at [email protected]
  1. Missing or lost orders
    Couriers can be creative with their hiding spots – please check around the property and with neighbours before gettingin touch. Unless specific delivery instructions were provided at time of order, La Kooki Wines cannot be held responsible for items that go missing after successful delivery.
