Top 10 Red Wines in Best of the Best 2021 Money magazine!

Nominated as one of the best 10 red wines in Best of the Best 2021 by Money magazine’s Peter Forrestal, we’re thrilled that La Kooki 2019 Ten Foot Tempranillo is  part of their Top Drops, $25 or less. Made from fruit sourced from Ferguson Valley in the picturesque Geographe wine region, it gets its name “Ten Foot Tempranillo” from all five of us using our feet to gently massage the grapes during fermentation to gently extract colour, flavours and tannins.

With the weather warming up and summer here those balmy nights are begging for BBQ’s and outdoor dining. Our Tempranillo pairs beautifully with perfectly cooked, locally sourced Western Australian beef or lamb. It can be served slightly chilled as an accompaniment to a hearty salad or cheese platter.
