An intriguing blend of 97% Chenin Blanc and 3% Rocks. Yes, rocks (i.e. stones). Chenin Blanc grapes were pressed and wild fermented in barrel with granite stones used throughout the winemaking process. Tangy textural jungle juice with a ‘rock and roll’ minerality tying it all together.
Grown and made on Wadandi Boodja.
